Austin Habitat Young Professionals ("HYP") is kicking off it's summer with the HYP Hard Hat Happy Hour on June 28th at the Rattle Inn downtown. Yes, you will get a hard hat. Wear it as HYP breaks ground for an exceptional summer.

What is becoming a member of HYP about? In short, it's about building. Building leadership, social networks, professional networks, and community. But most importantly, it's about building lives through the experience of Habitat for Humanity. If you are a young professional in Austin who's ready to build homes and change lives while having some fun and meeting like-minded people then you should consider joining us.
What does HYP ask of you? First, we ask for a donation of only $20 per month. Once you become a member, we ask for a commitment to help Austin Habitat for Humanity build communities by volunteering to assist HYP's fundraising efforts (which can include working on fun events), volunteering to work on HYP builds, or advocating for affordable housing in some capacity. Of course, you can do all of the above.
