Floyd Real Estate Celebrates First Decade in Business

 I'm pleased to report that Floyd Real Estate, LLC, is 10 years old.   Since launching the business we have done residential and commercial transactions.  We have enjoyed working with our clients and look forward to another exciting decade here in the Austin metro area (and who knows.. maybe elsewhere).   Contact us if you're thinking of buying or selling property in the Central Texas area.

Crestview Listing

Our latest listing is 1200 Justin Lane (78757), a 2/1 with a 1/1 back house (leased to a tenant) on a .209 acre corner lot.   This house belongs to a good friend and I'm going to miss hanging out in the large hot tub in the back.   Also, this house is an easy bike riding distance to the delicious meats at Stiles Switch.
